QZB Spherical Rotor Pump Series
This series of pumps is based on the principle of universal joints. The freely moving universal joints are made into spherical shapes and enclosed within the spherical pump body. The spherical cavity universal joints form four consecutive working cavities for suction and discharge. By the successive opening and closing of these four cavities, the work of suction and delivery of materials is completed
Due to its unique design structure, this pump does not have the troubles caused by gear blade collectors and the like. It operates without contact or friction, has a compact structure, low noise, no leakage, energy saving, wide practicality, safe and reliable use, convenient maintenance and a long service life. This pump can not only adapt to the transportation of general lubricating liquids, but is particularly suitable for the transportation of flammable, explosive and high-viscosity media. It can also adapt to the transportation of diluted solvents, with a temperature range of ≤250°C
